1.     Keep your skin clean by showering in warm water using a soap with moisturizing contents for approximately 10 minutes.

2.     Do not scrub the skin with coarse shower towels or loofah.

3.     When drying off, lightly pat down the skin using a soft towel.

4.     Apply moisturizer within 3 minutes after taking a shower.

5.     Wash new clothes before wearing them, and avoid synthetic materials and tight clothes. Opt for cotton.

6.     Avoid activity that requires a lot of sweating or contact and try to avoid outside activity in harsh sunlight.

7.     Avoid extreme change in temperature and maintain an adequate temperature and humidity inside.
