Applying a thick layer does not necessarily result in flawless skin. Squeeze a pea size amount and dab on to each cheek, then smooth out from the inside out. A small amount goes a long way, and it is important to apply it by gently tapping the BB cream rather than rubbing it in.

For a natural look, you need to make sure that you control how much BB cream you apply depending on the part of the face. The t-zone that connects the forehead and the bridge of the nose as well as areas around the eyes and mouth only need a very light layer of BB cream to avoid creasing and looking oily. For your T zone, applying a thin layer using left over from applying on the rest of the face is plenty to achieve a natural look. Apply very lightly on shaved skin, and avoid applying on facial hair.
